Risks : PLI It is understood and agreed that the Insurer should indemnify that insured in respect of : A. Any compensation for injury loss or damages of judgment delivered or obtained through a court wherever the claims occurred. B. Any cost and expenses of litigation recovered by any claimant from the Insured which are recoverable through a court wherever that claims occurred. C. Any cost and expenses incurred by the Insured in the defense of any claims in all over the world.
