SPECIAL CONDITION CONCERNING X-RAYS FILMS (EEI)
It is agreed and understood that otherwise subject to the terms, exclusions, provisions and conditions contained in the Policy or endorsed thereon and subject to the Insured having paid the agreed extra premium, the Insurers shall not indemnify the Insured in respect of any costs incurred in connection with any loss of or damage to films used for X-ray equipment unless such loss or damage arises in direct consequence of an indemnifiable loss of or damage to the X-ray film cassettes.
