FIRST AID CLAUSE – PLI

Risks : PLI It is hereby declared and agreed that the Company will indemnify the Insured against all sums for which the Insured shall become legally liable consequent upon death bodily injury illness loss or damage as within defined arising out of provision of first aid facilities but excluding any act of negligence omission or neglect of any duly qualified member of the medical profession or any employee or volunteer of any hospital or ambulance organization
