Risks : VARIOUS It is understood and agreed that the Insurers shall be under no liability in respect of : 1. Compensation for injury, loss or damage in respect of judgement delivered or obtained otherwise than through a court of competent jurisdiction within the Republic of Indonesia. 2. Cost and expenses of litigation recovered by any claimant from the Insured which are not incurred in and recoverable in the Republic of Indonesia. Note : Subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and limitations of this Policy.

Where the subject-matter insured hereunder (or any apportionable part) becomes missing and after the lapse of a reasonable time has not been located, an actual total loss of the subject-matter insured (or any apportionable party) may be presumed. On Increased Value of Cargo as described herein (whether such cargo is, insured herein or otherwise) by reason of liability for and/or payment of freight and/or duty and/or any charges on arrival at the place where these or any of them become duo. This policy covers all the risks and embodies all the liberties clauses and conditions of the insurance on the cargo referred to above and is to be for the duration of such insurance on such cargo.
