ADDITIONAL EXTRA COSTS OF REINSTATEMENT

Following loss insured under this policy, if the Insured incurs additional extra cost in reinstating the damaged property, that arise from events or circumstances about which the Insured was unaware of at the time of Damage, such costs will be covered over and above the Declared Value on the property.
