1. Concealed Damage Clause (60 days) The Concealed Damage Clauses (60 days) should be read as follows : “ Notwithstanding any term/condition/provision to the contrary, it is agreed that any loss or damage discovered on opening of externally sound cases and/or packing (even after risk has ceased hereunder but not exceeding 60 days after arrival date) shall be deemed to have occurred during the conveyance insured hereunder and shall be payable accordingly, unless proof conclusive to the contrary be established. It is being understood that any cases and/or packing showing visible signs of damage be opened immediately” 2. Including Riot, Strike and Civil Commotion, Armed Robbery, Hijacking Clause 3.
