DEMURRAGE AND/OR DEADFREIGHT AND/OR TIME CHARTER AND/OR SALES AGREEMENTS

This policy is extended to cover such sums at the Insured incurs in dischargeof demurrage and/or deadfreight and/or time charter charges including any deviation expenses to minimse losses incurred under relevant charter party agreements and/or sales agreements and incurred solely in consequences of the damage.
