DEPENDENCY CLAUSE

Risks : BI This policy is extended to cover loss as insured by this policy which results in any of the following and shall be deemed to be loss resulting from damage to Property used by the insured at the premises for the purpose of the business. Damage to any property whatsoever: • At any place anywhere in Indonesia and occupied by any direct or customers of the Insured • At any place anywhere in Indonesia and occupied by any direct or supplier of goods or services to the Insured. • At any port installation, railway warehouse or airport anywhere in the Republic of Indonesia • That Prevents or hinders the public supply of water, gas or electricity to the terminal ends of the supplier’s services feeders at the Insured’s Premises • That prevents or hinders the discharge of effluent from the Insured’s Premises • That prevents or hinders any telecommunication with the Insured’s premises Subject to the limit shown in the schedule
