NON SURVEY CLAUSE

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Institute Cargo Clause , in case the claim amount is estimated to be no more than USD20,000.00 or the equivalent in other currencies, the claim shall be paid upon the basis of the statement with photograph prepared by the assured of the particulars of the loss or damage to the goods hereby insured, instead of a survey report.
