UNEXPLAINABLE CLAUSE

It is agreed that in respect of consignment shipped in containers or curtain sided trailers or full vehicle loads, claims in respect of theft, shortage or non-delivery of a whole or part of a consignment  will not be invalidated by the fact that the seals(s) appear intact and that such such claims  will be settled in full on production of loading and discharge tally sheets.
